Susan Brickley Case
She previously worked for Johns Hopkins Medicine, the marketing surgical services of The Johns Hopkins Hospital, including the Brady Urological Institute, the Department of Surgery, Comprehensive Transplant Center and the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare-related marketing and nonprofit communications.
Susan earned her bachelor of science degree in journalism-advertising and a minor in English from the University of Maryland at College Park. She is a member and board member of the Maryland Society of Health Care Strategy and Market Development. She grew up in Howard County.

Sharon Sopp
As the hospital's public information officer, Sharon works closely with the Emergency Management director to provide communications and support during crises and special operations. Sharon has received training at the FEMA Center for Emergency Preparedness.
She is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, with a degree in broadcast journalism.
