Media Advisory: Johns Hopkins Social Innovation Lab Hosts Impact + Innovation Forum

What: The Social Innovation Lab at The Johns Hopkins University will host its Impact+Innovation Forum featuring presentations from our cohort of nine emerging social enterprises. They will share their innovative work addressing challenges in the areas of medicine, food, community and technology in Baltimore and beyond.

The forum will also include a “fireside chat” with Sheilah Kast from WYPR and Sheila Herrling from the Case Foundation discussing how social innovators are sparking and sustaining change in Baltimore and beyond. 

When: Thursday, April 21, 6-8 p.m.

Where: The Johns Hopkins Hospital (1800 Orleans St.), Chevy Chase Conference Center, Baltimore, Maryland

Ronald J. Daniels, president of The Johns Hopkins University

Sheila Herrling, senior vice president for Social Innovation for The Case Foundation

Sheilah Kast, host on WYPR-FM

Jessica Ladd, TED Fellow, founder and CEO of Sexual Health Innovations
