Bermuda Day Festivities Focus on Health

Members of the marketing and communications team at Johns Hopkins Medicine International (JHI), joined by physicians and staff members from Patient Services, participated in the May 24 celebration of Bermuda Day, a holiday on the island. In the spirit of the “sporting heritage” theme of this year’s Bermuda Day, the Johns Hopkins group built a parade float that promoted the idea of many people working together as a team to provide good health care. During the parade, JHI staff members walked along the route, handing out small branded towels with five tips for better health. The effort symbolizes Johns Hopkins Medicine’s longstanding commitment to fostering wellness in Bermuda and around the world.
