Purpose:
To estimate clinical meaningful decrease in diffuse osseous pain following radio surgical hypophysectomy at 4 weeks after completion of radio surgical hypophysectomy
Eligibility:
Eligibility:Histologically proven malignancyRadio graphical evidence of bone metastasis on CT, MRI, or bone scanIntractable pain uncontrolled by medical managementDiffused osseous painprogressive malignancy not amenable to curative management
Treatment:
All patients will be treated with DOSE of 150 GY in a single fraction.They will under go CT simulation with 1 mm slice as well as MRI simulation including high resolution 1 mm slice T1 weighted MRI.
