Managing Nausea and Vomiting

Cancer or its treatments, such as chemotherapy, radiation therapy and stem cell transplantation may cause nausea, vomiting and changes in appetite. Antibiotics, pain medicines, high levels of stress and anxiety can also contribute to nausea and vomiting. Many patients also have changes in smell and taste.
