Live and Work Mindfully

The Live and Work Mindfully series helps your team learn how to move through life at work and at home with less stress and more ease. Learn more about how this program can support you and your team. Keep Your Pressure Down (KYPD)

9-week lifestyle program that takes place in the spring and fall. Participate together and support each other in creating healthy habits. Lower your blood pressure and stress while increasing energy and improving sleep. Stress Less Video Series

We know that life can be stressful. As we move through our days, the feeling of stress can accumulate in our physical bodies and lead us to feeling overwhelmed, anxious and “stressed out.” This video series offers short mindfulness and body-based practices that can be done in 5 minutes or less to help you manage stress as you move through your day, at work and at home.
