Free Virtual Wellness Classes for SOM Faculty & Staff
Start the New Year moving! Try an array of FREE JHU wellness classes to supplement your wellness routine or to jumpstart one. We are transitioning from our monthly class model back to winter, spring, summer and fall class sessions that will last from 8-10 weeks. For our winter 2021, session we are bringing back Zumba and will have some new offerings, Core Express, Insanity (high intensity dance fitness), Yoga Sculpt and a mindfulness class. Classes start January 11, 2020.
