Overview
Medcan is a preventive health care clinic founded in 1987 to assess clients’ overall well-being and inspire them to live well. Today, Medcan works with more than 1,200 corporate partners and 50,000 clients, providing health and lifestyle management services on-site and by video consult. Its 90-plus physicians and specialists offer a comprehensive range of diagnostic assessments and tailored programs to help individuals, families and corporations proactively manage their health and well-being.
About Our Agreement
Medcan and Johns Hopkins Medicine International established a collaboration and services agreement first in 2007 and then began extending it annually from 2017 to 2020. Johns Hopkins provided:
- Strategic consulting on clinical program development
- Continuing medical education programs for Medcan physicians and clients
- Remote medical second opinions
