103.13 Organization Policy on Primary Reviewer as Consent Designee for the Study Being Reviewed

It is the Organization’s policy that a Primary Reviewer, who is listed on an application under JHM IRB review as a possible consent designee only, may present a protocol. The member must leave the room during the final discussion and voting process.
