Micro Teaching

You are asked to bring a five minute lecture on a topic of your choice – it can be course content that you feel comfortable teaching, or even a hobby that you enjoy. The lecture needs to be in PowerPoint and include a title slide, objectives, introduction to the topic, content to address the objectives, assessment, summary and close.

Please bring your smartphone or iPad, we will record you lecturing so you refer back to it as you continue to work on your presentation skills. Participants will deliver the five minute lecture to peers, and receive constructive feedback on how to improve teaching.
