How to Harvest Myeloma Bone Marrow
Harvesting myeloma bone marrow is performed for clinical trails at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. We’ve found previously that T cells obtained from the bone marrow — MILs, or marrow-infiltrating lymphocytes — of patients with myeloma have a significantly greater antitumor effect as compared to T cells from the blood.
