Elbow Surgery Michaels Story
College athlete Michael Perry was a young and healthy offensive lineman until he was knocked over on his elbow after practice one day. Michael immediately knew something was wrong since his elbow was radiating with pain. John Ingari, M.D., an orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in complex elbow reconstructive surgery and microvascular hand surgery, performed muscle, tendon and ligament reconstruction, using Michael’s own structures, reconnecting them to their anatomic bone and soft tissue attachments, giving him essentially the same anatomy he had the day before his injury.
