Dr R Jay Lee
R. Jay Lee, M.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery’s Division of Pediatric Orthopaedics at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Lee has a special interest in pediatric sports medicine and cares for children, adolescents and young adults with a full spectrum of orthopaedic and sports medicine issues. His areas of clinical interest include the treatment of sports-related injuries, including shoulder, hip, knee and ankle. Dr. Lee’s expertise and research interests include optimizing fracture care and the return to activity after sports injuries, ligament reconstruction in growing patients, complex knee injuries in children and treatment of osteochondritis dissecans with cartilage replacement procedures.
