Dr Monica Pearl  Interventional Neuroradiology
Dr. Monica Smith Pearl is an Associate Professor in the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine Department of Radiology and Radiological Science, Division of Interventional Neuroradiology. She is the Program Director for the Endovascular Surgical Neuroradiology Fellowship and the Director of Faculty Experience for the Department of Radiology. Her areas of specialization within interventional neuroradiology include adult and pediatric neurovascular disorders. She performs diagnostic and therapeutic cerebral angiography procedures for the following conditions: superficial vascular anomalies of the face, orbit, and scalp including facial arteriovenous malformations (AVMs), lymphatic malformations, and venous malformations. Dr. Pearl also specializes in intracranial arteriovenous malformations (AVMs), dural arteriovenous fistulas (DAVFs), pulsatile tinnitus, temporal bone imaging, stroke interventions, cerebral aneurysms, intracerebral hemorrhage, and sclerotherapy.
