Female Infertility

Because of the intricate and complex nature of the female reproductive tract, there can be many reasons a woman is having trouble becoming pregnant. At the Johns Hopkins Fertility Center, our experts have extensive knowledge of the unique reproductive needs of women. We use a two-tiered approach to your infertility care: we first perform an infertility evaluation to determine the cause of your infertility, and then we work with you to devise an individualized treatment plan using state-of-the-art assisted reproductive technologies (ART).

Learn more below about the wide range of conditions that cause female infertility, the diagnostic tests we perform and the cutting-edge ART treatments we offer.
