Clinical Project

Aim 1: While maintaining isocaloric status at the individual level, determine the effect of time-restricted feeding versus a usual feeding pattern on weight change at 12 weeks compared to baseline.

Aim 2: While maintaining isocaloric status at the individual level, determine the effect of time-restricted feeding versus a usual feeding pattern on changes in glucose homeostasis at 12 weeks compared to baseline.
