Hypertension Center Information for Patients

The Johns Hopkins Hospital accepts most major insurance plans. If ambulatory blood pressure monitoring is recommended, insurers may or may not cover this service. Please check with your provider before your visit.

To Make an Appointment

Appointments are generally made by referral from a primary physician. Occasionally, patients may wish to self-refer for consultation or for second opinions. To make an appointment, please Call the Johns Hopkins Hypertension Center and complete the New Patient Questionnaire.

New Patients

Please print out and complete the New Patient Questionnaire and fax with any records relating to the diagnosis and treatment of your blood pressure to 410-614-1195.
