Application Process

Applications will be accepted from all currently enrolled undergraduates who have completed their freshman year of college before the course begins, as well as students who have completed their undergraduate training or are currently enrolled in a graduate program. There are no specific prerequisites, although a basic familiarity with college-level introductory biology will be beneficial. The course will be rigorous and fast-paced. However, because it assumes no prior background in human anatomy, it may not be appropriate for students who have already had extensive experience (i.e., several courses) in anatomy.

A complete application packet consists of the form, a non-refundable application fee of $50 (cash is not accepted), your college transcript, and a letter of recommendation from an academic advisor. These are due by March 10, 2019 and can be mailed by USPS or Fedex; written materials may be emailed to Credit card payments as well as wire transfers are accepted; please contact Ms. Daniel by email to arrange for these payments. International applicants are required to contact Arlene Daniel for details when arranging international monetary transfers. Application Materials Button

Successful applicants will be notified by late March, with full tuition due by April 30. As noted above, space in the course is limited, so early applications are encouraged.

Acceptance into the Human Anatomy program does not confer any right to admission to any other Johns Hopkins University program. Johns Hopkins awards no scholarship or financial aid for this program.
