Stress Less During the Epic Go-Live
Healthy At Hopkins is committed to helping employees and their managers find "short and sweet” ways to relieve stress and promote health and wellness during the Epic implementation, and beyond. They have put together a menu of complimentary and fee-based options to help employees stress less, including five-minute progressive relaxation breaks, discounted Fitness Center passes and meditation room locations on the East Baltimore campus. A menu of these offerings can be found here. Please try to find ways to take a quick break to refresh and recharge. If your unit needs additional support, please call the Epicenter 24/7 at 2-2777.
