Location Overview

Our convenient location located in the Johns Hopkins Health Care & Surgery Center offers a broad range of radiology exams and procedures. With weekday, evening and weekend appointments, our team provides the highest level of patient care, comfort and convenience.

Online Self-Scheduling

Patients now have the convenience to self-schedule certain exams – these include screening mammograms, ultrasounds, CT without contrast exams, x-ray exams and DEXA appointments online through our patient portal (MyChart). Log on to MyChart or learn more about MyChart.

Current patients can complete an online form to sign up for MyChart. New patients can ask for an access code at their appointment to register for MyChart.

Walk-in Exam- Update

No Walk-In Exams are offered at any Johns Hopkins Medical Imaging location. This includes NO Walk-Ins for any patient coming from a Johns Hopkins on-campus clinic. 

If a same-day appointment for X-Ray or any other imaging exam is needed, the patient or referring provider’s office should call 443-574-5800 directly to schedule.

Contact Our Physician Liaison

Laurie Nilsen is a physician liaison for Johns Hopkins Medical Imaging, for the Howard County location. Nilsen markets diagnostic imaging services to physicians, administrators and staff in private practices and hospital settings.

She earned her bachelor's degree from Davis and Elkins College in 1987. She was previously an account representative for Advanced Radiology in Annapolis for the last nine years and comes to the team with background in radiology.

Nilsen is married and has two sons and a daughter. She is from Arnold, Md., and now resides in Anne Arundel County.
