Catherine Klein, M.B.A., B.S.N., R.N.-B.C., O.C.N.

Catherine Klein

Catherine Klein, M.B.A., B.S.N., R.N.-B.C., O.C.N., is a breast cancer nurse navigator and provides care to patients at the Johns Hopkins Hospital and the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. Catherine received her B.S.N. from Bowling Green State University in 1990 and her M.B.A. from Strayer University in 2007.

She is board certified in gerontological nursing by the American Nurses Association and in oncology nursing through the Oncology Nursing Society. Catherine has spent most of her nursing career working with cancer patients and their families. Her past experience includes:

  • bone marrow transplant
  • chemotherapy infusion
  • patient navigation

Catherine joined the Breast Center team in 2013. She works closely with breast cancer patients from diagnosis through survivorship. Catherine provides education and resources to help patients understand their specific disease, staging and treatment options. Her assistance is tailored to the needs of each patient, family member or caregiver. In 2014 Catherine began facilitating the Breast Cancer Survivor’s Program, a monthly support group for women regardless of where they’ve received treatment, located on the Johns Hopkins Bayview Campus.
