Our Diagnosticians

Perhaps the most critical part of managing breast cancer is diagnosing it. Breast cancer is a complex disease, with many presentations and many different stages. Everything follows from the diagnosis, so if the diagnosis is inaccurate the treatment will fail to effectively treat the disease.

At the Johns Hopkins Breast Center, our diagnosticians have dedicated their careers to the evaluation of women for breast cancer. Our advanced technology and dedicated breast radiologists and pathologists give our patients accuracy in imaging, pathology and genetic testing.
