The mission of the John G. Bartlett Specialty Practice is to provide outstanding, evidence-based, clinical infectious disease care with access for all. We aim to bring home-based HIV/STI testing and linkage to prevention and treatment services through our virtual technologies.
People with HIV can live healthy lives due to advancements in HIV treatment options. Through the Bartlett Telehealth EHE Program, telehealth specialists can use video or phone to quickly connect people to HIV treatment and prevention services.

Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP), is a once daily pill that can prevent HIV up to 99%. Post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP), is for people who may have been exposed to HIV in the previous 72 hours.
IWTK offers free, accurate, and confidential testing in the privacy and comfort of your home for two common STIs: chlamydia and gonorrhea. In-home HIV test kits are free and available to Baltimore City residents.
