Thomas B. Trzcinski
Thomas Trzcinski was named the vice president of finance and treasurer for the Johns Hopkins Health System in 2015. He began his career with the Johns Hopkins Health System in 1985 as an accountant at The Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Trzcinski held successive positions in the accounting group up until 1996, when he was selected to establish an office of treasury services for The Johns Hopkins Hospital and Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. As the Johns Hopkins Health System continued to grow, he developed a team that is now responsible for oversight, direction and policy setting for centralized treasury services serving all health system affiliates. Treasury services include investment management, banking and merchant services, cash management, capital formation, debt planning, debt issuance and management of debt portfolio, investor relations and insurance management. He is also responsible for oversight of the health system’s long-term operating and capital plan.
Trzcinski earned his bachelor’s degree from Loyola University in Maryland.
