Lisa Filbert, RN, MS, NHA, executive director of organizational excellence, began her career at The Johns Hopkins Hospital as a registered nurse. Ms. Filbert works with Johns Hopkins Bayview and JHHS teams to develop, promote and monitor continuous quality improvement, best practices, operational and organizational efficiencies and strategic imperatives. She oversees patient safety, quality management, patient experience, regulatory affairs, specialty accredited programs, volunteer services, language services, and marketing & communications.
