Wilmer Gene Vector Center

The Wilmer Gene Vector Center is a viral vector production facility providing service to Johns Hopkins University faculty.  The Center will provide lentivirus, adenovirus, and adeno-associated virus preparations for research use as well as protocols, reagents, training and support.  Please complete our online survey so that we may better serve your gene vector needs.

The Center is currently located in a 1500 sq. ft. BSL-2 lab in the Jefferson St Building and is fully equipped to produce recombinant viruses for research use.

In December 2005 we plan to begin our move to the new Cancer Research Building, CRB II.
