Valerie Seligson, O.D., is a Clinical Associate at the Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute.  She received her optometric education from Southern College of Optometry.  She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. Dr. Seligson maintains optometry licenses in Maryland, D.C. and Virginia.

Dr. Seligson is an experienced optometrist with expertise in all aspects of clinical case management.  She has particular interest in performing consultations for LASIK patients and fitting complex contact lenses.  Dr. Seligson is able to diagnose various eye diseases including diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma and cataracts.  She will work with her patients to determine whether sub-specialty medical or surgical care is indicated, and then co-manage the patient's care as needed.

Dr. Seligson sees patients at the Wilmer Eye Institute's Columbia and Green Spring Station locations.
