Dr. Knox's major research interests are: ocular manifestations of gastrointestinal diseases, and
development of evidence of the role of food allergy mechanisms in ocular systemic disease. He has
been Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at Wilmer since 1967. Dr. Knox sees patients in the Comprehensive Eye Service and at the Wilmer Eye Institute at Green Spring Station.
