Wilmer Residency Benefits

Benefits Overview

Annual Stipend, FY 2013 - 2014:

First year (PGY-2):$49,519
Second year (PGY-3):$51,903
Third year (PGY-4):$54,076

The Fiscal Year 2014 fringe benefit rate for house staff has not yet been determined. The rate will include 8.0% for social security, as well as an additional percentage for workmen's compensation, benefits administration, and other fringe benefits as listed below:

3 weeks per academic year and 1 week over Christmas or New Year (4 weeks total). Plus 2 educational meeting days.
