The Fiscal Year 2015 fringe benefit rate for house staff has not yet been determined. The rate will include 8.0% for social security, as well as an additional percentage for workmen's compensation, benefits administration and other fringe benefits as listed below:

- 403(b) Contribution
- Life Insurance
- Disability Insurance
- General Administrative Cost
- Parking Subsidy
- UMPs Registration
- Book and equipment fund: $800 per year from Wilmer
- ACGME Annual Charge Per House Officer
Please note that only those house officers who receive taxable income (salary/wages) are eligible for the Dependent Care Reimbursement Account and the 403(b) Retirement Plan, including institutional contribution. Those receiving compensation in the form of fellowships (stipends- G/L 654001) are not eligible.
3 weeks per academic year and 1 week over Christmas or New Year (4 weeks total). Plus 2 educational meeting days each year. Residents may also take additional time off to present their research at national meetings upon approval from the Program Director.
