  • The flat rate for valet parking is $10 (gratuity not included).
  • When you arrive at the dropoff location, inform the valet attendant that you are visiting the Wilmer Eye Insitute, and he or she will provide clear directions to our location.
  • For your convenience, payment for valet parking will be processed within the Wilmer suite. Prior to departing, please stop by Wilmer Optical in order to purchase a validation sticker. You will present this to the valet attendant to reclaim your vehicle.
  • Our staff will notify the valet attendant of the time you depart from the clinic, so that your vehicle is kept ready for you.

Air Rights Center Garage:     Directions

  • Center parking is available in the garage adjacent to the Bethesda Hilton Garden Inn
  • Rates are $4 for up to one hour, $6 for one hour to two hours, and $11 for more than two hours (and all-day parking). At this time, we are unable to validate garage parking.
  • Pull a ticket to gain entry into the garage. Keep this ticket with you.
  • Automated payment machines are located within the complex, and accept cash and major credit cards. Insert your ticket and pay prior to leaving the complex. You will need to reinsert your paid ticket in order to exit from the garage.

    Bethesda Parking

Walking Directions from the Air Rights Garage:

  • After parking, follow signs in the Center Garage to the East/West Towers. Access to main lobbies and retail will be on Level 3.
  • Walk past the Hilton Garden Inn and East Tower elevators until you see signs for Fidelity Investments. Proceed to the West Tower elevators.
  • Take the elevators up to the sixth floor, and exit to the Wilmer suite.
  • Air Rights Center Concierge staff isavailable on-site to assist you with wayfinding.

Public Parking:

  • Metered street parking is available- typically with a two-hour limit.
  • There are additional public garages located nearby, including across the street in the Regal Cinemas complex. Rates will vary.
  • From Wisconsin Avenue, the main lobby of the Air Rights Center's West Tower is accessible through the doors between Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and Fidelity Investments. Take the elevators up to the 6th floor, and exit to the Wilmer suite.

Metrorail:

  • The Air Rights Center is also conveniently located several blocks south of the Bethesda Metro Station, which is served by the Red Line (routes between Glenmont, Washington, D.C., and Shady Grove).

From Points North:

  • Take I-95 South toward Washington, D.C.
  • Merge onto I-495 West toward Silver Spring
  • Take Exit 33 for MD-185/Connecticut Avenue toward Kensington/Chevy Chase.
  • Keep left at the fork, and follow signs for MD-185 South.
  • Turn left onto Connecticut Avenue.
  • Turn right onto Bradley Lane.
  • Take a slight right onto Wisconsin Avenue. In 0.4 miles, the destination will be on the right.

From Points South:

  • Take I-95 North toward Washington, D.C.
  • Take a slight right onto Henry G Shirley Memorial Highway/Interstate 395 Connector North.
  • Take exit 170B for I-495 North toward Tysons Corner.
  • Merge onto I-495 West.
  • Take Exit 39 toward Washington.
  • Merge onto River Road.
  • Turn left onto Goldsboro Road.
  • Turn right onto Bradley Boulevard.
  • Turn left onto Wisconsin Avenue. In 0.4 miles, the destination will be on the right.

From Points West:

  • Take VA-267 Eastbound.
  • Exit onto I-495 North.
  • Take Exit 39 toward Washington.
  • Merge onto River Road.
  • Turn left onto Goldsboro Road.
  • Turn right onto Bradley Boulevard.
  • Turn left onto Wisconsin Avenue. In 0.4 miles, the destination will be on the right.
