Making an Appointment

Thank you for your interest in making an appointment at the Wilmer Eye Institute.

There are two ways to make a request:

  1. Fill out our online Appointment Request Form
  2. If you prefer, you may speak to the Wilmer Eye Institute Referal Coordinator any time between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm Eastern time Monday through Friday. Call us at 410-955-5080 or toll free at 1-800-21JOHNS (1-800-215-6467) and ask to be switched to the Wilmer Referral Office.

If this is an emergency, you may visit the Wilmer Eye Emergency Service, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at The Johns Hopkins Hospital.
