The Louisa Gross Horwitz Prize for Biology or Biochemistry

Lasker Medical Research Awards

Louis and Artur Lucian Award

Keio Medical Science Prize

The Keio Medical Science Prize is awarded to researchers in recognition of their outstanding achievements in the field of medical

Japan Prize

Category changes yearly. In 2009, the health category is, "Technological integration of medical sciences and engineering" and the prize will be awarded to a scientist for innovative contributions to health and health care through the development and application of technological integration of medical science and engineering.

Robert Bing Prize

Awarded every two years to young scientists (age 45 and under) who have done outstanding work which has helped in the recognition, treatment and cure of neurological diseases who will be encouraged by this prize to do further research.
