Limit COEUS Use to NIH Proposals

Effective immediately, please limit use of COEUS proposal submission to NIH only.

As you know, NIH provides rapid feedback concerning problems with system-to-system transmissions. Recent experience with DOD has demonstrated that immediate feedback is critical to assuring that our applications are received and accepted by the sponsor.

Until we work out some of these issues, please use the software required by the sponsors other than NIH to submit your electronic applications without going through the COEUS interface.

Export Control Information Session
