Use Federalwide Assurance Numbers

The Johns Hopkins Medicine Institutional Review Boards have been operating under Multiple Project Assurance Number M-1011 for the period of 11/01/98 to 12/31/03. Beginning on 1/1/04, the Federalwide Assurance Number should be used in place of the MPA. The Federalwide Assurances are associated with the specific organization linked to the JHM IRBs.
