Additional JHU Guidance on NIH Public Access Requirements

A working group convened by the Provost's office has recommended that the University require Johns Hopkins researchers supported by NIH funds to retain sufficient rights to all papers published in the course of their NIH-sponsored research. The following link contains a guidance letter from the Provost and Vice Provost, two different addenda to submit with publisher's agreements, and a sample notification letter to use if the journal requires an online acceptance of the copyright agreement: JHU Guidance on NIH Public Access Requirements.
