Interim Guidance on Salary Limitation for Grants, Cooperative Agreements and Contracts
Effective January 1, 2007, Executive Level I salaries
paid on NIH grants are capped at $186,600. Previously, salaries at this
level were capped at $183,500. The new $186,600 NIH salary cap applies
to salaries paid on FY '06 and FY '07 awards effective January 1, 2007.
