New Associate Director, Office of Research Administration

The Office of Research Administration welcomes Nicole Leonard, J.D., as a new Associate Director. Ms. Leonard joins ORA after 5 years as a licensing associate in the Johns Hopkins Technology Transfer office. Departments assigned to Ms. Leonard will be announced in October WebNotes.

COEUS Not Available for September 1st Grants.gov Submissions

Due to NIH's recent change in the SF424(R&R) forms, COEUS will not be available for submission of applications to Grants.gov for the September 1st deadline. The COEUS development team is currently working on the new version of COEUS and it should be available soon. Please check next month's edition of WebNotes for more information.

SOM COEUS Training

The SOM will offer twelve COEUS training sessions during the last two weeks of September and the first week of October. Selected individuals in each department will be invited to attend one of these sessions. The HopkinsOne training team will notify Departments and trainees of the training schedule.

UPDATED School of Medicine Guide to Grants.gov Available

SOM Offers Additional Training for New SF424 Grant Submissions using PureEdge Software in October

The SOM will offer additional training sessions and Powerpoint presentations on the SOM submission process using PureEdge Software and a "How To" complete the SF424 forms in October.
