eIS (electronic Information Sheet) Now Required

The eIS (electronic Information Sheet) replaced the paper version of the School of Medicine Information Sheet on November 2nd, 2004. As of June 1st, 2005, the SOM Office of Research Administration is no longer accepting the paper version of the Information Sheet. Therefore, all grants and contracts submitted to ORA must now use the eIS.

eIS Training Offered in June

The SOM Office of Research Administration is offering Hands-on eIS training sessions in June. All staff who process information sheets on a regular basis are encouraged to attend. Please visit http://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/Research/training/eIStraining.html for the complete schedule and registration information.

Faculty eIS training sessions and staff eIS refresher/Q&A sessions will be arranged for individuals or departments by request. Please send inquiries to SOMeISHelp@jhmi.edu
