New Animal Use Protocol Forms

The Animal Care and Use Committee revised the animal use protocol forms in October 2004. Beginning February 2005, we will not accept protocols submitted to the office using the old forms. To obtain a current form please visit http://www.jhu.edu/animalcare/

Animal Transportation Routes

The Animal Care and Use Committee has been working with the Department of Health Safety and Environment to develop transportation routes to protect the well being and safety of animals and the public. We propose to conduct tours of the routes in the near future. Seminar Series

“Phenotyping: Nature versus Nurture, background genetics versus environmental factors” will be presented by the Director of the JHU Rodent Phenotyping Core on January 27, 2005 at 12:00 PM in Ross 403.

A Rodent Handling Class will be held on Thursday, January 13, 2005 in Ross 403 at 9:00AM. The class size is limited to 10 people and registration is required.
