Fellowship Overview

The Vascular & Interventional Radiology program offers seven (7) one-year, ACGME-accredited training positions. There are 5 Interventional suites. The duty assignments of each fellow are shown below:

The fifth suite is staffed by a Physician’s Assistant (PA) who performs line placements and tube changes. This assures-high end procedures for the other fellows and frees one fellow to function as float.

All call is home call and on a rotational basis.

Average weekly duty hours 55 (40’s-70’s). We STRCITLY abide by the duty hour limitations as set by the ACGME. A duty hour electronic log is maintained by the office of the fellowship Director.
