NEW Site in Charles County

Overview

Johns Hopkins Community Physicians, a primary care group practice with 16 locations throughout Maryland, now has a new practice in White Plains, Maryland. Initially, staffing will include two family practitioners but will be increased as the practice grows.

Although affiliated with the Johns Hopkins Health System, the new practice will be locally based. Johns Hopkins has entered into an admissions agreement with Civista Medical Center in La Plata and Southern Maryland Hospital in Clinton. Patients may be admitted to Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore if circumstances warrant.

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesdays.

Staffing

	Dr. Tanika Day, M.D. Dr. Day recently completed a fellowship in family medicine at Duke University and is board-certified in Family Practice and is now returning to her native Maryland.

Dr Craig Jeschke, M.D. Dr. Jeschke is board-certified in Family Practice. He has been in private practice as well as serving in the Emergency Department of Calvert Memorial Hospital.
