This comprehensive program provides skills, information and tools to help people of all ages improve overall health and reduce the risk of disease. USFHP health educators work to help you understand your personal health needs and to make good choices that will contribute to a fuller and more active lifestyle.

Health Education

The health education team at Johns Hopkins US Family Health Plan provides an array of health education classes in the areas of lifestyle management to chronic disease management. Health Coaching
As a valued member of the Johns Hopkins community, your health is our main priority. If you want to adopt lifestyle changes that will help you lead a fulfilling and healthful life, we encourage you to sign up for our FREE Health Coaching Program. The Health Coach Program gives you the opportunity to work one-on-one with a personal health coach and create an individualized action plan. Whether you want to quit smoking, lose weight, increase fitness, improve nutrition, or manage stress, a health coach will provide you with the information and encouragement you are looking for. The coaching sessions are flexible for your busy schedule and are conducted entirely over the telephone. If you are interested in creating a dynamic partnership with someone who can help you reach your short and long term wellness goals, this program is for you.
