From logging into your HealthLINK account you will be able to:
- See your benefits coverage
- Check the status of a claim or referral
- Search for a doctor
- Request a new ID card
Note: The temporary ID card will not include your BIN#. In order to receive prescription drugs you will need your BIN#. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-808-7347.
- Send (and receive) secure messages to Customer Service
- Maintain a Personal Health Record
