The Johns Hopkins US Family Health Plan is open to retirees of all ages and their family members, Active Duty family members, and unremarried husbands, wives and qualified unmarried children of deceased service members of the seven uniformed services:
- Air Force
- Army
- Coast Guard
- Marine Corps
- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)
- Navy
- Public Health Service (PHS)
