Instructions for Downloading:

To download files from the USFHP Web site, please follow these steps:

1) You will need Adobe® Acrobat Reader to view and print the documents. (in PDF format). If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader, visit Adobe's web site to download it for free.

2) To download the PDF document:

  • Click and hold (right-click if on a PC) on the PDF link for the document you wish to download.
  • Choose "Save This Link As" when the menu pops up.
  • Save the file to your computer hard drive -- take note where you save it.
    (On a Mac, when prompted with "Save This File As", choose "Source", then click "Save". The file will download to your hard drive.)
  • Open the page with Acrobat Reader to view and print.
