Step 1: Request your appointment(s)

Our staff assistant will ask you some basic information and assign a dedicated medical concierge to help you. Your medical concierge will call you directly the same day to gather more detailed information, and to send you any information that you might need.

Step 2: Send your medical records

• Current diagnosis
• Biopsy results
• Your contact information

From there, your medical concierge will contact the relevant Johns Hopkins specialists and send your information to them for review.

Step 3: Receive your appointment confirmation

Your concierge will confirm your appointment once the physician(s) have reviewed your records and have determined the best course of action. We’ll send you a letter with the name of your doctor, the time, date and location of your appointment(s), and other important information you need to know before traveling.

If you also wish to make medical appointments for a travel companion, please let your concierge know so we can schedule them before finalizing your travel itinerary.

Step 4: Make your travel arrangements

Your concierge will also make recommendations for your travel needs—including transportation, hotels and local dining and entertainment options for you and any accompanying family members.
