The 2011 campaign kicks off on Monday, September 26, and continues through October 14. Last year, Johns Hopkins Medicine exceeded its goal. Given the unstable economy, families and communities are in desperate need of assistance. United Way needs your support this year more than ever. The JHM United Way kick-off campaign was held Oct. 26 through Nov. 6, but donations are being collected through Dec. 31.

The Johns Hopkins Medicine United Way campaign is hosting an online auction starting Monday, Nov. 22.
Log in to unitedwayauction.hopkinsmedicine.org and bid on sports memorabilia, such as footballs and framed photographs signed by Ravens players, a baseball signed by Cal Ripken and a jersey signed by Ray Lewis. New items will be up for bid on Mondays through the end of the year.
