- To actively promote United Way Campaign participation
- To ensure that all pledge forms are returned

- To aid in the distribution of pledge forms and campaign literature
- To ask staff to consider making a donation to the United Way
- To communicate campaign information
- To answer questions about the United Way (or refer to departmental coordinator or United Way campaign administrator)
