Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinator

• To identify team captains in your area
• To help ensure that team captains attend the training sessions
• To disseminate campaign information to team captain
• To communicate United Way Campaign information to departmental leadership
• To actively promote United Way Campaign participation
• To ensure that all pledge forms are returned

Team Captain/Ambassador

• To support the coordinator
• To promote the United Way campaign to your colleagues
• Assist with e-pledging and distribution of United Way resources
• To ask staff to consider making a donation to the United Way
• To communicate campaign information
• To answer questions about the United Way (or refer to departmental coordinator or United Way campaign administrator)

• Distribute paper pledge forms, if appropriate
