I complete psychosocial assessments for patients pending list for lung transplant. I also provides support, counseling and discharge planning for patients after transplant.

Why do you work with transplant patients?

My job is an excellent opportunity to provide support and encouragement to patients experiencing significant medical issues. Being involved in a multi-disciplinary team offering counseling and education is very fulfilling.
