  • OPT-CHF: This is a trial evaluating a new drug called Oxyprim in patients with NYHA Class III-IV heart failure symptoms with an ejection fraction < 40%.   

  • REVIVE study: This is a trial evaluating the use of the investigational drug Levosimendan in patients admitted with decompensated heart failure and an ejection fraction < 35%.

  • ESSENTIAL trial: This is a trial evaluating the investigational drug Enoximone in patients with NYHA Class III-IV heart failure symptoms with an ejection fraction < 30%.
